Results of the Customers´Satisfaction Survey
Pivotal, as part of its continued improvement plan, carried out a Customers´ Satisfaction Survey at the beginning of 2009 among its broad clients´ portfolio. The results were quite positive and reflected some new avenues to allow us to continue with our improvement plan in order to beat our Customers´expectations.
Some of the verbatim comments mentioned by our customers:
1. “I had a short contact with Pivotal but it was quite intense. The disposition of people was excellent, they were vey kind and willing. They have always helped to find possible solutions.
